- Forward the message you are attempting to read to bbsecure@statestreet.com
- Shortly you will receive an email with a link to access your secure message
Note that this step is only required when accessing the Zero Download Messenger from Outlook Web Access, or from a mobile device without the Voltage SecureMail mobile application. In the future, when accessing secure messages from such platforms, you can immediately forward your secure messages to bbsecure@statestreet.com upon receipt.
